The Court has accepted the complaint of F. Kirkorov
Vilnius Regional Administrative Court has accepted for hearing the complaint of Filip Kirkorov, citizen of Russia, concerning revocation of the decision of the Migration Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania.
The representative of the Applicant requests in the complaint to revoke the decision of 19 January 2021 of the Migration Department refusing entry for F. Kirkorov to Lithuania for 5 years.
The court hearing will be held on 17 May.
